3. Customer leadership – the business provides customer transformation strategies using analytics, personalised value propositions to enable companies to reach and retain customers.
4. Distributed Ledger Technology (Block chain) Advisory – this will be offered as a standalone capability or in combination with Digital Transformation or Quantum growth programmes.
5. The Academy of Business Future (an organisational digital and innovation fluency capability).
