Ms Carol Roskruge has more than 14 years board experience, proven leadership capability and extensive experience in Strategy, Finance, Audit & Risk Management, Human Resource. She is an entrepreneur, with more than 20 years business and general management experience gained at senior management and executive levels, with a long track record of operational and strategic leadership. She is the Owner and Managing Director of Imi Mat (Pty) Ltd, a project management agency offering capacity and solutions in supply chain, commercial, risk management, investments, finance and ICT. She also manages her two investment companies which has interests in Information Technology, Home Decor and Beauty. She has also co-founded, Link-Vantage Supply Chain Solutions, a company that offers Supply Chain Services to the FMCG sector.
Prior to venturing into the entrepreneurial space, Carol held a number of Executive roles leading and driving Innovation, Supply Chain Risk and Transformation Projects, B-BBEE and Supplier Diversity, Value Engineering, Route-to-Market Planning and Execution at various private sector companies. Carol has a Bachelor of Science Honors (Bsc Hon)-Biotechnology, Masters of Science (Msc) – Biochemical Engineering and a Masters of Business Leadership (MBL) – Finance and Corporate Governance.
