Siyabonga completed his articles at EY after which he joined Standard Bank’s Corporate Finance team. He then joined an Africa-focused investment holding company, working closely with the CFO on a USD 100m fundraise and gaining exposure to the primary agriculture and agri-processing sectors. After a period of consulting which included a CFO role for a logistics company, he moved to PSG Capital. At PSG Capital Siyabonga built and led the Corporate Finance Advisory division in Johannesburg. In addition to leading the team, Siyabonga was responsible for business development, deal execution as well as stakeholder engagement and management.
