Adv. Mtho Xulu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA). His areas of specialization include Commercial Law and Corporate Governance. After completing his LLB degree, Adv. Xulu was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2011. As a National Business leader, he holds the positions as the founding CEO and director of JSX Investments (Pty) Ltd (an investment holding company with business interests in 8 economic sectors in South Africa), President of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI), Member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA) and Chairman of the BRICS Business Council Trade and Investment Working Group. He is a former director of the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) and Business Unity South Africa (BUSA).
