Tshepiso is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and experienced director, having previously chaired the Risk Management Committee for the Public Protector SA as well as sitting on several Audit & Risk Committees including the South African Council for Architectural Profession (SACAP). Tshepiso is a council member of the Performing Arts Centre of the Free State (Ministerial appointment), the flagship of theatre activities in the Free State. Tshepiso’s current boards/subcommittees include Mineworkers Investment Trust (Audit Committee Chairman), Competition Tribunal ( Audit & Risk Committee Chairman), South African Heritage Resources Agency (Council members), and Bonitas Medical Fund (Deputy Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee).
